Responsabile dell'assistenza ai clienti


Description:

  • Maintain close working relationships with clients with a customer-first attitude
  • Work with Project Management teams, Operations Department, and Business Development Managers to successfully execute deadline sensitive projects

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS Degree
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Knowledge of software localization workflow, translation, DTP, engineering
  • Experience with translation memory (TM) tools
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, foreign language skills a plus
  • Must be able to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
